Mary Lou Lugo DPT OCS FAAOMPT, OWNER
Mary Lou received her degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center - San Antonio in 1994 and has acquired a vast array of experiences. She has dedicated her years of practice to honing her skills as an Orthopaedic rehabilitation specialist by also obtaining her Orthopedic Specialist Certification in May of 2006. In addition, she completed a manual physical therapy Fellowship Program in 2006. She is an elite member in the therapy profession. San Antonio has limited number of Fellows. In 2013, she received her Clinical Doctorate from Regis University, in Denver Colorado.
Robert Lozano PT OCS
Robert received his PT degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center - San Antonio in 1982. He has over 27 years experience primarily in outpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation. He was awarded his Orthopaedic Specialist Certification in May of 2008.
Phyllis Monroe, MOT, OTR, CHT
Phyllis Monroe received her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University followed by her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 1986. She began her career as an OT practicing under the direction of a leading hand surgeon at Texas Tech School of Medicine in El Paso, Texas. In 1993 she was awarded her CHT certification in Hand Therapy Rehabilitation while living and practicing in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she was active as a guest lecturer and adjunct professor for New Mexico State University and the legislative chair for NMOTA. After a brief two year period living and working in California she and her family were able to return to Texas in 2006. Phyllis has continued her career at Liberty Rehabilitation Specialists, and as an experienced hand and upper extremity specialist she strives to make every patient feel special and well cared for in their recovery.
Kelly Rabon, PT, DPT
Kelly received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in 2011. She graduated from Texas A&M in 2007 with a Bachelors in Applied Exercise Physiology. As a new Physical Therapist, Kelly is eager to continue her education, pursue additional certifications, and incorporate her health and fitness background into wellness education for her patients. Kelly hopes to provide all of her patient’s with the most innovative and effective physical therapy treatments available.
