You will know your copay, your coverage and any visit limits before treatment starts. Your copay or deductible is due at that first visit unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you would rather not use insurance at all, transparent self-pay rates are available.

You book
Request an evaluation online or call the clinic closest to you. We need your insurance details and a few minutes. In Texas, direct access means you can begin physical therapy without a physician referral for up to 30 days of treatment.
We verify your benefits
Our team contacts your plan directly and confirms what is covered, what your copay is, and whether your policy caps visits. We do this before your first appointment, not after your third.
You know before you arrive
You get the numbers in writing ahead of your evaluation. Your copay or deductible is due at that first visit unless other arrangements are made in advance, and we will tell you if your plan or your condition needs a referral.
