You give it by checking the consent box on the appointment form, it is never assumed, and it is never a condition of receiving care. If you consent, you may receive text messages from Liberty Rehabilitation Specialists about your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to revoke that consent and stop the messages, or contact us at marylou@liberty-rehab.com to be removed from any communication list. Opting out will not affect your ability to book or receive care with us; we will simply reach you by phone or email instead. We do not share your phone number or your SMS consent with anyone for marketing purposes.
