Genesis Garza
Genesis Garza grew up in New Braunfels, Texas, earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Texas Lutheran University and her occupational therapy degree at St. Philip’s. She is certified by the national board and the Texas board, and her experience spans skilled nursing and pediatrics, with clinical rotations in pediatrics, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing and hand therapy, here at Liberty. Working out of our Northeast clinic alongside our doctors, she specializes in hand injuries, hand diagnoses and general weakness, and especially enjoys treating nerve issues and carpal tunnel syndrome.

What guides the work.
Genesis puts the person first above all else. She wants everyone to feel safe and comfortable with her, and she makes sure each patient is taken care of in any way possible, whether that means regaining strength, getting back range of motion, or getting back to sports, music and the things they love.
Off the clock.
Life beyond the treatment table.
Outside the clinic, Genesis enjoys listening to music, playing games, watching movies (preferably at the movie theater, and anything sci-fi) and hanging out with friends and family. What she loves most about working here is getting to know her patients, hearing their stories and watching them flourish.
