Dr. Kirsten Harper
Dr. Kirsten Harper has been in this field since 1992, and the range she brings reflects it. She received her Transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy, with highest honors, from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and works diligently to stay active in the profession, with a number of awards and accomplishments behind her. Her interests run wide: chronic pain, orthopedic manual physical therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and evidence based, patient centered care. That combination matters more than it sounds. The patient whose pain has outlasted every explanation and the patient whose dizziness has no obvious source both do better with someone who has seen a great many of each.
What guides the work.
Four interests shape how she practices: chronic pain, orthopedic manual physical therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and care that is both evidence based and centered on the patient in front of her. Those last two are not decoration. Evidence based means the technique has to earn its place in your plan. Patient centered means your goals set the target, not a protocol. She stays active in the profession so that what she offers you keeps moving forward rather than settling at whatever was current in 1992.
